This Giveaway Policy (“Policy”) governs all giveaways, contests, promotions, and incentives offered by Sentinel Hill Studios (“Sentinel Hill,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in any giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by this Policy and all related terms.
1. Eligibility
Giveaways are open to legal residents of Canada unless otherwise stated.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Sentinel Hill employees, contractors, and their immediate family members may be excluded at Sentinel Hill’s discretion.
2. Entry Conditions
Entry methods will be specified at the time of the giveaway.
Sentinel Hill reserves the sole and absolute right to reject, disqualify, or void any entry for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of this Policy.
Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are prohibited.
3. Monthly Giveaway – Gift Card Terms
For monthly giveaways involving Sentinel Hill Studios gift cards or studio credit:
Prizes are non-transferable and may only be used by the verified giveaway winner.
Gift cards cannot be sold, exchanged, or assigned to another individual.
Gift cards cannot be combined with any other promotional credits, including the standard $25 gift card or any other client-issued credit.
All monthly giveaway gift cards must be redeemed within fourteen (14) days of the winner announcement or issuance date.
Unredeemed gift cards expire automatically after the 14-day period and hold no cash value.
4. Prize Restrictions
Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
Sentinel Hill reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or costs associated with prize use.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at Sentinel Hill’s discretion using a method outlined at the time of the giveaway.
Winners will be contacted via the platform or contact information provided during entry.
Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
6. Studio Use & Scheduling
Gift cards and studio credits are subject to studio availability and standard booking procedures.
All studio rules, terms of service, and conduct policies apply during redemption.
Sentinel Hill reserves the right to refuse service if studio policies are violated.
7. Platform Disclaimer
Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
8. Right to Modify or Cancel
Sentinel Hill Studios reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or cancel any giveaway at any time
Amend this Giveaway Policy without prior notice
Resolve any disputes at its sole discretion
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release Sentinel Hill Studios from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or use of any prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
